PLAN
Our process is simple: Plan. Design. Build. You will collaborate with our best contractors and plan every detail within your budget.
During the planning phase:
- We meet for an initial consultation between yourself and our project estimator.
- You will receive detailed plans and budget documents.
- We have a follow up meeting to answer questions and address any concerns that you may have.
- Once we get your stamp of approval, we get to work.
DESIGN
A design is created down to the very last detail. The designs are given to you for your review and approval. When the designs are exactly to your creative and budgetary specifications, full approval is given by you.
During the design phase:
- We create an initial design.
- We ensure it meets your specifications and ask for any revisions.
- Final design is authorized by yourself and Richard.
BUILD
Watch your vision come to life. Our builders are talented, licensed, bonded, certified and considerate.
During the build phase:
- The work area is organized for compliance of all safety measures.
- Work is started according to plan.
- Richard will walk through with you and upon approval, complete your project.
